Longquan Jin Guan Yin Tea is planted in China national nature reserve ---FengYang mountain, which is called as “the cradle of ancient plants in East China”.The mountains have lush forests, misty cloud seas, and clean springs. Together, they make a warm, humid and shady environment suitable for the growth of tea trees.
Jin Guan Yin is artificial hybridization breeding of Tie Guan Yin and Huang Jin Gui.Jin Guan Yin is artificial hybridization breeding of Tie Guan Yin and Huang Jin Gui. Longquan has a long history of tea planting, which is more than 1000 years, and longquan tea had been as “contribute tea” in Ming Dynasty.
There are 2 ways to brew the black tea:brewing pure tea and brewing laced tea. To brew pure tea,each gram of tea leaves needs 50ml to 60ml of water. If the broken black tea is brewed first,each gram of tea leaves needs 70ml to 80ml of water.To brewed laced tea, the condiments such as suger, milk, honey, and lemon juice are added into the tea soup. The quantity of the tea leaves depends on the taste of the drinker.
