Daughter Ring Tea is one of Green tea in Yunnan, which is a boutique tea of negative tea; it is called "daughter ring" because its form alike the ear ring for girls. it is a beautiful handcraft tea made from early spring green tea leaves rolled into the shape of a small rings.
The process of production of daughter ring green tea is very different with the other green teas. picking only the most-tender leaves from large-leaf tea trees in Simao, Yunnan. The first and second leaf of new shoots are plucked during the end of March and the first two weeks of April, the leaves are allowed to wither, they are slightly steamed, and then hand-rolled lengthwise Following the rolling, the best leaves are selected and curled around a "beauty stick", pressed flat, and then dried in a special oven to lock in the flavor and preserve the unique shape. The bottom of the new leaf is naturally covered with a "new down" signifying freshness and purity - characteristics associated with ultimate beauty.
Preparation Methods:
1. Put 3g Daughter Ring Tea into the glass;
2. Pour into the glass 100ml 80°C water;
3. Brew for 1-2 minutes. One minute for delicate taste, two minutes for stronger taste;
4. The Daughter Ring Tea stands up to three to four brewing.
